These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") form a legally binding agreement between the player ("you") and 03q ("Company", "we") regarding your use of the 03q platform's website, mobile application, and related services ("Services").

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

The 03q welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus for a total of 50,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks. Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus for a total of 720,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement of 10× (10 times) the bonus amount must be met. Players should not close their account while working through the wagering requirement. You can log in to your account to check whether the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If we find that a bonus has been intentionally abused, we may void winnings from the related play and suspend the account.

5.4 Promotion Changes

8.1 Closure by Player

If these terms are violated, we may suspend the account immediately without prior warning. Any balance remaining in an account suspended due to a violation will not be paid out.

03q's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can move up through regular play, and cashback rates increase with each level—

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback is bonus funds, and wagering requirements will be calculated according to the relevant level. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue VIP levels.
